KELLY OSBOURNE QUITS "FASHION POLICE"

Kelly Osbourne has quit "Fashion Police". You will recall that after Giuliana Rancic made her nasty statement on the show about Zendaya's dreadlocks, Kelly gave Giuliana and the network ultimatum to apologise to Zendaya or she would quit the show.

Giuliana apologised to Zendaya both on twitter and on live television.

However, it has been learnt that Kelly was unhappy with the way the show was run since it started airing again without Joan Rivers.

Kelly according to TMZ to a walk on Friday.
